Do you have to carve out time in your day for reading (due to work and other obligations), or does your reading just happen naturally? (Question courtesy of MizB.)
In all honesty, my reading can happen at any time because, being unemployed, I just so happen to have all the time in the world. Having said that, my answer would be that I have to carve out a specific time for reading. Confusing, no?
Reading is one of my favorite things to do. I could literally do it all day and be fine ... but, I would feel guilty. I am, after all, a twenty-something housewife who is responsible for more than just herself. In order to stop myself from being absorbed by reading at all times, I carve out a time in the afternoon after all the house chores are done in order to reward myself with reading. This way, I still get to read but I get to feel good about myself because I didn't abandon my responsibilities in doing so.

I try to get things done before I read, but sometimes reading comes first.
