Teaser Tuesdays!

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by MizB @ Should Be Reading.

· Grab your current read.
· Open to a random page.
· Share two (2) "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page.
· BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (Make sure that what you share doesn't give too much away! You don't want to ruin the book for others!)
· Share the author and title, too, so that the other TT participants can add the book to their TBR lists if they like your teasers!

Living Dead in Dallas (Southern Vampire Mysteries, Book 2), by Charlaine Harris

A short man was holding Gabe up in the air, not a man, I realized at second glance, a teenager. An ancient teenager.

He was blond and shirtless, and his arms and chest were covered in blue tattoos. Gabe was yelling and flailing, but the boy stood calmly, his fave expressionless, until Gabe ran down. By the time Gabe was silent, the boy had transferred his grip to a kind of bear hug encircling Gabe's waist, and Gabe was hanging forward.

I've never read any of Charlaine Harris' novels, but they sound pretty interesting. Nice teaser!

Here's my teaser for the week.

Mmmm, great teaser. I have been wanting to get to this series. I think I am about the only person left that has not read these yet. :) Thanks for the teaser.
